What is the benefit of subscribing to a plan for my app?
Because with this it is possible to publish the app in stores, and if you have the Pro and Pro delivery plans, you will have support with our service team. For Fabapp users, functions such as push notifications, app data management, user login and registration, loyalty system and form are only available for apps with subscribed plans. In addition, the app has more data transfer and storage limits. For Fabi Delivery users, the plan is vital in order to access the order reception and management panel.
What is the difference between the plans?
Basically, the Basic Plan is the simplest plan which will entitle you to use the webapp and will not unlink Fabapp advertisements. The Essential Plan is the intermediate plan whose main feature is to be able to publish the app on Google Play. In Plano Pro, in addition to being more robust, it allows the publication of the app on the App store and Google Play. The Pro Delivery Plan is what must be signed to create delivery apps, using Fabi Delivery. In the spreadsheet above you can see a comparison between each plan and all its benefits.
Is the subscription recurring, that is, does it automatically renew?
If payment is made via credit card, yes. No via boleto.
What are the payment methods for the plans?
Credit card or bank slip. For monthly plans there is no possibility of payment via bank slip, only credit card. To sign the Pro Delivery Plan, it is only necessary to sign via credit card. For other forms of payment, send an email to financeiro@fabapp.com and request an exception assessment.
Is there a way to test it for free?
Yes. In the basic plan and no Pro Delivery, a 7-day free trial is automatically activated once the creation of the app begins.
Can I create multiple apps on the same plane?
No. The activation of plans is done by application. You can have multiple applications in the same account, each with their respective plan.
I want to make several apps to resell. Is there a discount?
Yes. In this case, you must use the Partner program. Click on the “Partners” button on the website header and see all the benefits.
I paid for a plan and it has not yet been activated. What to do?
If you paid via bank payment slip wait 2 days for it to be activated. Via credit card the subscription must be activated on the same day. If not, check if the card is fit for use, adjusting it if necessary. If the error persists, use the service chatbot available on the platform under the option “I signed a plan and it is not activated” which we will help.
How do I cancel?
In the "My Applications" panel, click next to your user, on the header and then on "Financial". Check the plan you wish to cancel under “Contracted Plans” and then click "Unsubscribe". Attention: Uninstalling the mobile app does not cancel the app subscription or delete the registered account.
What happens to my app if my subscription has been canceled?
For subscribers of the essential and pro plan, the app will again display Fabapp advertisements and the benefits of the contracted plan will be stopped after the end of the current cycle. Then the app will behave like the basic plan. See comparison in the spreadsheet above. If you use Fabi Delivery, the app will continue to be available to place orders, but the management and receipt panel will be unavailable, until a new plan is reactivated.
Is there any additional cost?
Yes. These are the costs for creating the developer accounts needed to publish the app and the monthly transfer limit cost exceeded for the Pro and Essential Plan. In the Pro Plan, the amount of R$1.50 per GB is exceeded. In the Essential Plan, the value is R$2.00 for each GB exceeded in the month. For the creation of developer accounts consider 25 dollars (one-time fee) paid to Google and 99 dollars (annual) paid to Apple. Developer accounts must be paid by international credit card only.
Is it possible to upgrade and / or downgrade the plan?
Yes. It is possible to sign any of the plans and regress whenever you want. It is also possible to change periodicity, for example, from semiannual to annual. For Pro Delivery, the only periodicity available is monthly.
If I am not satisfied with the platform, can I request a chargeback?
Yes. If requested within 07 calendar days after signing, we will refund the total amount paid on it. Request a refund through the service channel, located in the lower right corner of the platform.
How does the Pro Delivery plan work?
Pro Delivery is the plan for accessing the delivery app building panel. It also gives you 7 days free trial. The plan provides access to all features with no monthly transfer limit, with the exception of bundled features such as SMS and publishing services. At the end of the trial period, it will be necessary to insert the credit card and contract the plan for a fixed amount of R$79 per month, with no biannual or annual contracting.
