Tutorial para casos de suspensão

Se seu app ou sua conta foram suspensos pela Google Play, você pode fazer a contestação dessa suspensão junto ao Google, através desta medida que solicita uma nova avaliação sobre o procedimento realizado por eles. Nós recomendamos que você faça o mesmo processo para cada email de suspensão do Google que recebeu, caso tenha recebido mais de um.

 

Abaixo, fizemos tutoriais de como realizar esse procedimento, de acordo com a sua situação. Atente para o último passo, onde você deve copiar e colar o texto que escrevemos.

Acesse o email que você recebeu do Google Play e faça o passo-a-passo:

1. Clique em “policy support team”, depois selecione “No”.

2. Selecione “Yes”

3. Clique em “appeal request”

4.  Escreva =mobi.universo.android no campo “App package name”

 

Depois, copie e cole o texto abaixo no campo de texto correspondente e clique em “Submit”.

 

This is a message from my framework provider:
Two days ago we were notified that many apps were removed because the framework mobi.universo was performing updates outside of the Play Store.
The framework was updated by removing any piece of code that could make the app to update from outside the store. (Previously this self update feature was conceived to allow developers to distribute apps independently).
We also have provided our community with a new APK version, built on the top of this new framework version (now renamed to br.com.fabapp), but still using the same package name that would allow the community to update the same apps that had been removed without losing their download, comments and ratings. As instructed by us, our community have updated the apps with the new apk version.
Last night all apps that have been updated with the new framework version have been suspended by Google.
We believe the suspensions have been in error, due to the previous events history.

Acesse o email que você recebeu do Google Play e faça o passo-a-passo:

1. Clique em “policy support team”, depois selecione “Yes”.

5. Adicione seu email de desenvolvedor no campo selecionado e marque “yes” no próximo campo.
